3Strength- Clean 3X8,8,failure 
Technique- Rope ClimbProgression- Athlete starts supine and performs coordination hand over hand rope ascension.  Progress to proper foot placement for rope climbing.  Hand position for lock.  Recoil.  Recoil- hip flexion and bringing lower extremities closer to chest. Extend into starting position.  Rinse and repeat.
