The Event begins August 26th at 7 pm EST. Tune in on Instagram. Sponsored by Third Pull Apparel and Mash Elite (sponsors still available). It's like going to a weightlifting meet from your own gym. Event starts at 7 pm with the 77 kg Men's division.
Weight class-
Male- 94kg and 77 kg
Female- 74kg and 53 kg
How to enter-
If you fit one of the four categories above, email or comment below and provide your stats (name, age, weight and IG handle). We're only selecting the top 8 candidates per weight class so make sure you contact if you want to be involved. We'll announce the roster of lifters starting August 11th. Tell you're friends and start recruiting people.
Event Details- fitlabsproductions in conjunction with other sponsors will start putting a video out every 7 mins starting at 7 pm. We'll weightlifting judges or celebrity commenting or reposting the lift. Rotate through athletes and weight classes. Award winner of reach weight class and give out prizes from sponsors. Fun and easy event and people can see top athletes from Grid, Weightlifting, CrossFit all in an easy comp and on one platform to enjoy. Benefits would include community event that's easy to monitor and have the winners and main scores posted on a blog off line to collect email addresses and to build the ecosystem of great lifters.
Athlete Details:
Everyone lifter records themselves between 8/15-8/17. All video submissions must be in by 8.18.15 and sent to the fitlabsproductions account. The athletes can post their lift on their account, or keep it a secret doesn't matter.
How could it work- the athlete video tapes themselves with the 1 attempt and filmed from the front and the side. They send there lifts all to one email address. Fit Labs reposts the video on Instagram using the repost app to give them credit and so you can follow the lifter etc.
