MPH- Efficiency through compound movements. 

Burpees with bumper plates (15 or 25 lbs) 3X7  Time ea set.  Athlete should attempt to increase efficiency and decrease total duration each set.

Man Maker- Burpee + DB Row (ea side) in Plank Position + Thruster.  I have also heard of the name being called Burpee Thruster as well.
