Sorry everyone for the lack of posting this week. We're trying to get everything ready for the fitness expo next weekend and get our new project for tracking WODs all set by Monday. A lot nice things coming up for FIT Labs and CrossFit Hagerstown. Some including a new video about our facility is being edited as we speak. A news article in a few magazines are coming out so I'm excited.
We'll keep you in the loop as more things can be announced.

MPH- Body Awareness- Turkish Get-Ups 3X5 ea arm. Attempt to increase weight ea set based on control and form.
CrossFit Hagerstown WOD for 6.6.14
AROM 16 minutes
10 Tire Flips/Plank*
15 Box Jumps/ Holding in a squat
20 Burpees (total for ea group)
Run one lap around baseball field
*Each partner has to do the number reps before switching positions and stations. This is a team building WOD so encourage one another :)
