CrossFit Hagerstown WOD for 5.21.14

20 mins AMRAP

Run one baseball field*
Then 3 rounds of:
5 Burpees
10 push-ups
15 squats

*if an athlete needs a closed chain activity instead of running, athlete will partner up with another student.  As your partner runs you row until the athlete completes the run and both athletes begin the 3 rounds.  Repeat for entire WOD.
