Improve your Clean and Jerk
or
Establish Handstand Push-ups

The answer:  The same movement!  How is this done?  When looking at footage of a Clean and Jerk and the lock out position of a push up, is there any difference?  No.  Although one is while your standing and the other upside down, the arms are identical in the finishing position.  With practicing the following movements it will increase both exercises and help you PR.

Progression-
Wall walks 3X5,5, til failure (aim for 8 or more)
Hand Stand Holds 3X30" (seconds)
HandStand Push Ups (strict) 3X5
