I really liked this WOD from CrossFit One World a few weeks back that really fits nicely into our progression for this week.
CrossFit Hagerstown WOD for 5.14.14 Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:
20 Double Unders or 40 single jump rope skips
10 alternating one arm dumbbell snatches
Pick from the following dumbbell weights: 50#/40#/35#/30#/25#. You may not change dumbbells over the course of the workout. Your score is snatch reps X weight used. 4 minute Rest Then- Push Ups 5 x 20 (ea set alternating hand positions), 30X1 tempo Partner Ab circuit
