3X8 with odd objects (Sand bags) increase weight every set. Yes we know we didn't weigh the bags out at an exact weight but pick them up and try them. Also if you can use med balls to begin with to perfect form as well.

Run 2 Large laps around the Base ball fields*

20 Push Ups or Park Bench Push Ups
1 Squat
19 Push Ups
2 Squats
18 Push Ups
3 Squats
Continue until the athlete reaches
1 Push Up
20 Squats
-Then-
Run 1 Large Lap around baseball field
Time Cap 28 minutes.
* For ones having problems with impact of running we'll bring a rower or bike out and you'll perform the action until everyone in the group finishes their running laps to begin with.
If you have any trouble with push ups or squats we'll make a substitution.
