A1. db walking lunges 12 steps. heavy; 4 sets; rest 30 sec. Each set increase weights.

A2. amrap dips; 4 sets; rest 30 sec between sets. Attempt to increase score each round. Rings or chair.

A3. db deadlifts 10 reps; 4 sets; rest 30 sec between sets. Increase weight.

A4. TGU (Turkish Get- Ups) 3 per arm; 4 sets; rest 1 minutes between sets. Imcrease weight ea set.
