In the coming hours and days we're going to be releasing our new schedule, interviews we had with top CrossFit athletes last year, and the such.
We had a lot of moments where we learned from our mistakes, from the scope of our projects or the sheer time and effort going into the endeavors we were trying out. We have streamlined our business and philosophy. We're not going to be that CrossFit gym that is going to be for everyone. We're good at a few things and we're sticking to it. This has been mentioned before but we're taking CrossFit Hagerstown and expanding it and putting all of our talents under one roof. FIT Labs
What is FIT Labs? FIT Labs, or properly F.I.T. Labs, stands for Functional Integrated Training and Labs because our gym is our facility of testing our theories on functional fitness. Vision Statement We strive to take a holistic approach to improve the human body. Our
programs are built for overall conditioning of the human body and to increase
each individual's optimal performance in life. This is accomplished by
increasing body awareness, gradually increasing intensity, and a constant
evaluation of form during each training session. We're bringing the premiere coaches in each facet of activities. We're not just getting fans of the activities. FIT Labs has compiled some of the best in each respective avenue of fitness, including parkour, submission grappling, and OCR (obstacle course racing).
WOE (Weak of Emphasis)- Transferring of power. For example: Transferring the generated power of hip extension, the explosive power, through the body to move the object.
