Level Up- An assessment tool that works like a video game. Each athlete will perform a certain exercise and will have to exhibit the movement and have to show- proper range of motion within the
athletes available ROM, precision with multiple attempts (endurance) and safety before being able to perform it in a WOD. On each achievement of movement expirience points are added to your overall score of JKD (Jump, Kip, Do).
Each exercise will
have to level up to more advanced move.
For Example-
Before doing a thruster in a WOD the following exercises have to be mastered- an air
squat, a clean, front squat and push press before being able to perform a
thruster in a WOD. Building blocks. Then if someone is trying to perform a
movement we can have a section that will point them in the right direction for
form and technique. If the person thinks they are strong enough to test out of
a certain movement we test them before class you during the strength portion.
Everyone starts at Level 1 and level ups from there. Even trainers WILL HAVE TO TEST OUT IN THIS PROGRAM! Should be good times! :)

Creating a Base Line
In class we will doing KBS, Snatches, Rings Rows, Dips, Burpees and other things... Possible- 8 min AMRAP 3 KB snatch left 24/16kg (tng from the ground) 3 KB snatch right 5 squat clean 135/95 Then: 6 min AMRAP 3 KB clean and jerk left 24/16kg 3 KB cleand and jerk right 5 squat snatch 95/65 Then: 150 flutter kicks (4-count)
