Balance and Flexibility Skills- Tripod Balance, Tip-Ups (Frog Position), supported Handstands (against the wall).  Progression to Hand Stand Push-Ups.

What do Handstand Push-Ups develop?  This exercise develops the pressing power of the body which necessary for free exercise,rings and barbell exercises including push press and push jerk.

Technique of the Week (TOW)- Double Unders

ME- 10 mins of of progression of Single, Double Under and Triple Unders.
