Skill/Technique- Transitional movements.  It's time for some housekeeping.  We love seeing all our athletes makes progress but it's also time to look at some of transitions for basic and advanced movements to increase in shoulder and core stability during progressions.  This is because when you put the smaller pieces together seamlessly, you'll become unstoppable.

Movements will include- Squats (90/90), Cleans, Push Press, KBS, Wall Walks, Muscle Ups (Both types), push ups, and lateral hops.
