Importance- Without a strong and stable core all other actions are compromised and will lead to back pain sooner or later.

Strength-
Part 1-Dips and Pull-ups with a medicine ball between the ankles.  4 sets X8,5,3,AMRAP. Increase in weight for medicine ball.  Big Dawgs start with 2 sets of 3 for pull ups and dips and transition to Muscle Up with Medicine Ball.

Part 2- Core Stability Test with Swiss ball and Rings.
