WODs for Battle for 81-

RX'd
WOD 1- Complete as many rounds as possible in four minutes of:
• 5 Pull-ups
• 10 HR Push-ups
• 15 Mountain Climbers (total)
If you finish four rounds within the four minutes, continue for another four minutes. If at the end of eight minutes, you have finished eight rounds, continue for another 4 minutes. Post total rounds and reps completed at the end of twelve minutes.

WOD 2-
9-7-5 reps for time of (12 min cap):
DB Snatches (each arm)
Pistols (each leg)
DB Shoulder to Overhead (total)
*Weights announced on Wednesday

WOD 3-
7 Minute AMRAP
6 Cleans (95/65 lbs.)
4 Push Press (95/65 lbs.)
2 Thrusters (95/65 lbs.)
2 Burpees

WOD 4-
For time:
21-15-9
KBS 1.5/1 pood
Sprint across Floor
Burpee Box Jumps

Final- Surprise!  Top 4 enter Highlander Sudden Death WOD in the grand stands.

• 10 Push-Ups
• 15 Mountain Climbers (total)
If you finish four rounds within the four minutes, continue for another four minutes. If at the end of eight minutes, you have finished eight rounds, continue for another 4 minutes. Post total rounds and reps completed at the end of twelve minutes.

Athlete stays in locked out position in Rings for 30 seconds. If athlete fatigues and feet touch the ground, athlete must immediately start 40 Burpees before starting the rep scheme.
