Build to 1 RM within 6 minutes.Athlete
must demonstrate control at the top of the lift. For example athlete must have
arms locked (elbow extension) at top of the lift.
Event 2- Skill
3 Rounds
10 Medicine Ball Push-Ups. Standard: Chest most touch Medicine ball to count as
a rep.
10 Bar Facing Burpees
Each athlete must complete each round of Med push-ups and burpees within 2 min
30 seconds to progress to Double Unders.
-Then Max Double Unders each round-*
Goal: As Many Double Unders in a row as possible.
*Only ONE error allowed for the entire
skill event.If error occurs and
athlete wishes to redo Double Unders, number resets.Combined total of three rounds is the athlete’s
score.
Run 1 Lap *Run must be completed within 3 mins to attempt Muscle Ups.

Farmers Carry with 145/100 lbs. for Max distance. We’re working on the unknowable aspect of
CrossFit/life.If an athlete does make
it to the Max distance, than the fastest time will be the standard.
