Battle FOR 81 Instructions for Competition EVENTS

Details for each division posted below:

RX'd
Event 1- Ground to Overhead. Build to 1 RM within 6 minutes.  Athlete must demonstrate control at the top of the lift. For example athlete must have arms locked (elbow extension) at top of the lift.

Event 2- Skill 
3 Rounds 
10 Medicine Ball Push-Ups. Standard: Chest most touch Medicine ball to count as a rep.
10 Bar Facing Burpees
Each athlete must complete each round of Med push-ups and burpees within 2 min 30 seconds to progress to Double Unders.
-Then Max Double Unders each round-*
Goal: As Many Double Unders in a row as possible.
*Only ONE error allowed for the entire skill event.  If error occurs and athlete wishes to redo Double Unders, number resets.  Combined total of three rounds is the athlete’s score.
For example: Round 1 D/U 15.  Round 2 D/U 3.  Round 3 D/U 23.  Total score = 41

Event 3- Technique
2 Rounds
Run 1 Lap *Run must be completed within 3 mins to attempt Muscle Ups.
-Then-
As Many As Reps As Possible (AMRAP) of Muscle- Ups
Goal: As Many Muscle Ups unbroken.
* One round Ring Muscle Ups. One round Bar Muscle Ups.  Combined total of both types of Muscles Ups is the athlete’s score.

Event 4- Raw Strength
Farmers Carry with 145/100 lbs. for Max distance.  We’re working on the unknowable aspect of CrossFit/life.  If an athlete does make it to the Max distance, than the fastest time will be the standard.

Event 4- Raw Strength
Farmers Carry with 100/75 lbs. for Max distance.  We’re working on the unknowable aspect of CrossFit/life.  If an athlete does make it to the Max distance, than the fastest time will be the standard.
