28 Yesterday I was reading an article about "Bar Culture" which is calisthenics done in the parks all around the world. I had seen videos on Youtube with guys in NYC doing crazy things but I had no idea it had competitions and crews worldwide. Looking at some of the movements, and the overall need for core stability it has been brought to my attention it would be awesome to try one of their strength routines at the box!
