1 Lap= 123 Meters (and thanks to the power of science we now know how far we are running around the baseball field!) * Weight and object depending on skill of the student. #Then 100 Double Unders or 50 attempts and 350 singles. If an athlete has progressed to consistent singles make sure you are now doing sets of 50 or 100 unbroken. If you break; or must do 5 burpees and continue.
