20 Mountain Climbers
40 Pullups or 65 Ring Rows
60 Shoulder to Overhead with DB or Barbell.
80 Burpees
100 Kettlebell Swings or Dumbbell Swings
100 Double Unders or 350 Singles
Break up the reps any way you want between partner’s but you must complete all of one movement before moving on to the next.
