Hey Guys!  Sorry for the late post for the week!  As you know it is difficult to come back from a three day weekend.  No excuse, no excuse!  

Weak of Emphasis (WOE)- Aggressive Hip Extension.  This will address hip drive and overall explosiveness during movements.

Strength- Deadlift 2X5,3 We're going to find close to your 1 RM max today guys.  Aimee... you know your goal for today :)

One round is 3 minutes long. Complete the following in 1 round:
·    200m run
·    10 box jumps (M:24"/W:20")
·    Max reps Russian kettlebell swings (M:53#/W:35#)

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Complete 5 rounds. Score is total kettlebell swings.
