We will also review proper range of motion for Knees to Elbows or Knees to Chest.

"Death by Cleans + K2?*"


With a continuously running clock do one clean + one K2? the first minute, two cleans the second minute + two K2?, three cleans + K2? the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.  For the first 5 minutes Athletes will be holding a static position with time remaining until the next minute starts...
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

* Depending on skill and flexibility each athlete will perform either Knees to Chest or Knees to Elbows during the WOD.
