With a continuously running clock do one clean + one K2? the first minute, two cleans the second minute + two K2?, three cleans + K2? the third minute⦠continuing as long as you are able. For the first 5 minutes Athletes will be holding a static position with time remaining until the next minute starts...
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
