Weak of Emphasis- Proper Range of Motion and Core Stability
Why? Without proper ranger of motion your muscles will not work in their optimal performance and the athlete begins to have break down of form during the lift or skill performed. Once body mechanics break down, the activity becomes more taxing on the joint and injury can occur. Without core stability during any movement the lumbar spine (lowback) can be strained.
