28 Weak of Emphasis (WOE)- Proprioception Part I (Body awareness in space) Why important? It helps you find balance while performing all exercises. The more we improve on our proprioception the better we can transition from one position from another. Gymnastics is a wonderful tool to assist with this process. This week will focus on our cores in order to stabilize ourselves during activities. Core stability helps with every single movement in life.
