Here's the thing- No matter if you compete in the CrossFit Games Open or not, we're here to get better everyday for the good of our health and mental attitude.  After a WOD you feel great.  You can breathe better after you leave the box (unless you just did Fran) etc etc etc.  Bottom line- You feel accomplished afterwards.  

I'm really happy the CrossFit Games are here again to see some amazing athletes throwdown!  But I'm just as happy to come in the gym everyday and work with hard working people, trying to get better every single WOD.  Let's have a great Friday, have fun, and accomplish another task!

Workout 13.1

17 minute AMRAP of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Burpees
30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
10 burpees
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs*

*Same rep scheme for all students at the box but the snatch weight will change depending on each person's ability and form.
