When you get your first muscle up, a dip or double under I love the face people make.  It's like they finally get it.  Which reminds me of the part in the brillant 1999 film, The Matrix, when Neo gets Kung Fu downloaded into his brain.  Simply put, we at CrossFit Hagerstown are all trying to make you feel like Keanu Reeves and know Kung-Fu.  See ya guys at the box later today :)
