-Why do I care about core stabilization!?!?  Without a solid core, the person continually has to make adjustments with upper and lower extremities to compensate for a weak base.  This can cause fatigue to smaller muscles throughtout the body that compensates or even worse, injury to multiple body parts.

Strength- Overhead Squat 3X5 Emphasis on range of motion.
