What is locomotion?- Getting one place to another.

Why is this important?  In life, that's how we reach goals.  We have to keep constantly moving to progress.  In CrossFit we address the issue to increase efficiencies in aspects of our lives.  This week will be reviewing different ways of travel including a dash, running, lateral jumping etc etc. and improving our gait pattern.
