What is Double Edged Sword?
Two Athletes go head to head on a specific skill for a designated rep scheme. For example Most Unbroken Double Unders wins. 5 attempts per athlete. The winner of 3 out of 5 rounds wins the event, and loser has to a penalty WOD in return.
