Strength Training- Max Box Jumps!

Wait why box jumps? Because while performing a box jump you have to perform aggresive hip extension at the end of the movement to obtain a higher lift. This movement translate to other movements that involve explosive hip extension including dead lift and push press. The higher you can do a jump the more improvement you'll see in your lifts.

*2 athletes will start at burpee box jumps. The next two athletes will follow after one minutr. If you catch up to the athlete in front of you, the athlete that is passed must perform 20 Burpees before moving on to your next station.
