Not too surprising when you think of it.  It my feel like you gain twenty pounds after after visiting the in-laws, but in truth you've been steadily increasing the waist line all year.  But now it's coming to the end of the year and you can say that's ENOUGH!  I'm going to get myself on the right track!  CrossFit isn't a fad to lose weight.  It's a life style to continue far into the future to help you feel the best you have ever felt.  Stop worrying or having second thoughts.  Call us, email us, text us, whatever and join us and see how far you can go.  Find your best.  See ya guys at the box today at 5pm.
