Life isn't fair. Sometimes, it doesn't go your way.  On occasion, you have to struggle to master new techniques.  Life is unpredictable.  And in honor of that thought, we're going to be throwing in a bit of everything.  Who knows what you might be running from after the WOD on 12.21.12.  *Shrugs* Honestly we're just making sure you can run, leap, spin, back flip out of any situation like a NINJA later this evening.

4 Shuttle carries with sand bags
10 Burpee Box Jumps
15 Sledge Hammer Strikes (ea arm)
2o seconds Hold in the Rings
30 Box Jumps
30 KB Swings (ea arm)
75 Double Unders


*It doesn't matter what order or rep schemes you decide to do, but you have to complete all reps for time-
