-Hey Guys,

I'm really excited about today's class?  And 'why is that?' you may ask.  Well that's because it our FIRST benchmark WOD at the BOX!  And to keep with the theme of core stability this week we're going to do.....

CrossFit Hagerstown WOD for 12.4.12

"Annie"


50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Double-unders Sit-ups

But wait! What if I can't do Double Unders? We understand double unders take practice, and if you have not reached that technique yet, we will work with you to make you more proficient at it.  In the meantime, you will do a WOD called- 

'Little Anna'
100 Singles
50 Sit ups
80 Singles
40 Sit ups
60 Singles
30 Sit Ups
40 Singles
20 Burpees
20 Singles
10 Burpees

(Singles referring to only one jump required after turning the jump rope once.)
