Why are we focusing on Hip Extension? - Because, with effective hip extension it will translate to powerful movement in the kinetic chain. Movements include deadlifts, push press and kipping pull-ups. We will addressing some of these movements into this week into next. Sidenote- Emphasis will be placed on CORE STABILITY in all exercises in order to perform safe and effective movements.
