In CrossFit, their are benchmarks that are achieved.  That can range from schemes for reps or times, or just your heighest jump.  All can be measured and tracked.  What is the purpose of performing bench mark workouts or keeping track of stats?  You don't have to keep track, but think of it this way.  If you go out running without knowing where to start of stop and you do that same routine everyday, do you know you are progressing while running?  Yes, sometimes it feels good to just go out and run.  But without having a specific goal or a time limit do you know actually know that you are getting better?  Benchmarks are meant to give you specific parameters to keep coming back to test yourself.  Once again we are not just racing against other people in class, we're trying to help you find your best.  With that being said let's do another Benchmark WOD today-
