I would just like to say I have been a Redskins Fan for a long time. And after season after season of disappointment and going into a deep depression in Decembers, I can finally hold my head up high when I'm with my brother-in law and talk about a very talented young man named RG III. He's great and he's just getting started.
But I will stop about my love of the Redskins for the moment. What makes a good athlete? Strength? Explosive power? Determination? Talent? At CrossFit Hagerstown we try to facilitate a good atmosphere that helps you become a better athlete in whatever you set out to do. How is that possible? We work on your body mechanics, core stability, drive... but it all starts with you having a goal. Pick a goal and bring it to class and we will help reach towards that goal starting TODAY.
