In CrossFit we are constantly building upon movements.  Squats lead into front squats.  Front squats with a push press leads to a thruster, etc etc etc. In CrossFit In life we are constantly building upon movements, upon experiences.  To perform any new task, you constantly have to vary your perception or ability to perform that needed task.  Here at CrossFit Hagerstown we are committed to helping you perform anything you have set your sights on.

Today in class we're going to be lifting heavy stuff and adding to our repertoire.

"Building Blocks"

3 Rounds
10 Bulgarian Split Squats with a goblet handle grip (ea side)
10 Kettle bell (KB) Swings (ea side)
10 KB Snatch (ea side
10 KB Push Press (ea side)
25 Double Unders
5 Turkish Get-ups (Total of 5, alternate arms)

Finisher- Something to do with sledgehammers :)
