PreWOD- Partner Active Warm-Up with a twist

CrossFit Hagerstown WOD for 11.30.12
Burpees 15--->1 + Hindu Push-ups 1----->15
+
Situps 15---->1 + Hindu Squats 1------>15
Isometric hold for 20 seconds after WOD is complete.







 The 1st BiMonthly Man-Cub Challenge!  
Rules will be explained at the box but simply put: it's going to involve bear crawl and penalties to slow people in this race :)  Good times guys.  Good times.  See ya guys at 5 PM!
