Skill Work- Continued progression for Rack Position

CrossFit Hagerstown WOD for 11.21.12

3 Rounds-
15 second hold in tuck position on parallettes 
7 Turkish Get Ups ea arm #35 Kettlebell
15 Bulgarin Split Squats with Goblet grip with #35 Kettlebell 

Time Results-
Sean- 13:30
Doc- 9:34

Penalty: If participant cannot hold tuck position for 15 seconds, person must do 30 dips on parallettes after fatigue occurs.  If the participant puts down or drops Kettlebell due to fatigue, the person must perform 20 Burpees ea time they drop it. :)  Good times in store today!!!  

During Bulgarin Split Squats, emphasis placed on core stability.
